Flat Tire Outside Dinosaur Provincial Park!

We drove all afternoon today from Vulcan, Alberta, the Star Trek Capital of Canada, northeast toward Dinosaur Provincial Park.

About 5 kilometres away, our trailer got a flat tire. These are 12″ tires and don’t have a great lifespan, but this is the first time in our seven consecutive months on the road, after just more than 20,000 kilometres, that we have incurred a flat on either the car or the trailer.

No harm done. It was still bright out despite being at least 9:30pm, and we had a car jack and even an extra used tire we had saved from when we replaced them both and regreased the bearings back in Scottsdale, Arizona.
